  • Delivery times vary depending on your location, but generally take between 2-5 days to arrive after dispatch.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Address

  • Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please provide a physical address for delivery.

Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us using the details below and we will do our best to resolve the issue. 
  • If your order is damaged, faulty or incomplete upon opening, please contact us with photo/s of the damaged goods including any damaged packaging or product shortfall within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can help. In some instances where freight is insured we may be able to help process a claim and recover the cost of replacing the goods.
